If you have opted for the optional airport transfer service, you will be met on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. A pre-trek briefing will be conducted at your Moshi hotel. Guests are advised to arrive at least one day prior to the trek start date. During this briefing, our team will review the trekking itinerary, provide important safety and acclimatization information, and conduct a comprehensive equipment check. Any missing or unsuitable gear can be rented locally to ensure you are fully prepared for the climb.
