Day

You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha town; you will meet your Genet African Safaris guide who will brief you on your upcoming safari. All the basic information about your safari will be given to you by safari guide.
AccommodationDay

After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha at 07:00 AM and drive to Tarangire National Park, one of northern Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destinations. The park is renowned for its impressive baobab trees, diverse birdlife, and vast herds of elephants—among the largest concentrations in the country. Enjoy a rewarding game drive through Tarangire’s varied landscapes, where you may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species. In the late afternoon, you will leave the park and continue to Karatu, where you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.
AccommodationDay

After breakfast, you will journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, traveling through the fertile highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you descend from the highlands, the vast, endless plains of the Serengeti stretch before you—an unforgettable African panorama. You will head to the central Serengeti (Seronera area), one of the richest wildlife regions in the park, sustained by the permanent Seronera River. You will arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive, offering excellent opportunities to spot a wide variety of wildlife.
AccommodationDay

After breakfast, you will enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti, with a picnic lunch served at a scenic location inside the park. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to witness the Great Migration, where vast herds of wildebeests, zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles move across the plains in search of fresh grazing. The migration patterns vary with rainfall, and your experienced Genet African Safaris guide will use expert knowledge to position you in the best areas for wildlife viewing. The presence of large herbivore herds often attracts predators, offering thrilling chances to observe lions, cheetahs, or leopards in action. You will return to your lodge later in the day for dinner and overnight.
AccommodationDay

Rise early for a sunrise game drive, an excellent time to observe wildlife activity as predators return from the hunt. After returning to camp for breakfast, you will continue with another game drive in the Seronera region, where wildebeests and zebras are often seen alongside lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Following a picnic lunch, you will depart the Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at your lodge in time for dinner and overnight.
AccommodationDay

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. The crater floor offers an exceptional concentration of wildlife, providing one of the best opportunities in Africa to spot the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—in a single game drive. You will also encounter hippos, zebras, wildebeests, warthogs, and an impressive variety of birdlife, with over 500 bird species recorded in the area. After a rewarding morning of game viewing and a picnic lunch, you will ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the early evening.
